Brianna Ruffalo was born on May 10, 1992, in California and grew up in SoCal’s Santa Clarita Valley. Born to a LAPD dad, she calls herself a “LAPD Baby.” Her family comprises of her parents and her older brother.
She is of Italian Greek descent.
She earned her undergraduate degree at California State University, Northridge majoring in Broadcast Journalism. She is at presently enrolled in the Broadcast and Operational Meteorology Program from Mississippi State University.

Brianna joined KTLA as her first TV job and held the titles of Assignment Desk Fill in Editor, Assistant, and ending at the title of Special Projects Producer. During this time, she worked on “America’s Veterans : A Special Tribute,” which was nominated for an Emmy.
