Giancarlo Stanton belted his first home run of the spring, a 116 mph bullet to left-center field off Blue Jays right-hander Paolo Espino in the Yankees’ 10-9 win at Steinbrenner Field.

Lefty reliever Caleb Ferguson got roughed up in his fourth outing of the spring, giving up three runs on two hits and a walk without recording an out.

Anthony Volpe enjoyed a four-hit game, roping a pair of singles back up the middle, plus a double and a single the other way to right field.

Volpe was known for using all fields as he came up through the minors but got away from it too often in his rookie year.

His tweaked bat path — giving him more margin for error on pitches in the zone — continues to pay dividends this spring.
